In all of our projects, we transfer practical skills that can be easily integrated into current farming practices. We empower our farming groups to integrate these skills by:

• Communicating how to achieve balance in the agricultural system.
   

• Showing farmers how to balance the soil to be fertile and nutritious, activate healthy biology in the soil and plant, and to balance the plant to make best use of available resources
   

• Providing simple and inexpensive tools that can be used on a daily basis
   

• Sharing practical demonstrations of the methods and their benefits
   

• Showing farmers how to improve the whole agricultural process from crop growing to animal husbandry, farm management and soil / water care
   

• Engage in easy-to-use course materials and education aids that can be referred to daily to reinforce learning and share information with others
